TSI Managed Cloud Desktop is built on Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. Your staff sign in to the same Windows desktop, with the same files and applications, whether they are in the office, at another office, or at home. We set it up, move your data, and run it day to day.

FAQ
What is TSI Managed Cloud Desktop?
It is a Windows desktop that runs in Microsoft’s cloud on Azure Virtual Desktop, set up and managed by Tech Strategies. Your staff sign in from the office or from home and get the same desktop, files, and applications.
Can you host our tax and accounting software?
In most cases, yes. Before any move we confirm that each application your firm uses is supported in the cloud desktop and plan the move around your busy season.
We already use a cloud setup. Can you take it over?
Yes. We can review what you have now and either manage it as it is or move it to TSI Managed Cloud Desktop if that is a better fit.
Do you only work with accounting firms?
No. Accounting firms are one of the industries we know well, but we support local offices of every kind with managed IT, Microsoft 365, networks, and security.
Where do you work?
Our focus is the Magic Valley and the Wood River Valley in Idaho. We also support firms in other states remotely and travel when needed.
