I was visiting with a friend the other day, and telling him about our success over the past year. As we discussed the services Tech Strategies provides to our clients, one recurring theme came up in our conversation. Why choose Tech Strategies over Company X, or Company Y. They were genuine questions and good thoughts to think about.
There is a lot of competition in the market for the services Tech Strategies provides, we compete with a lot of very large companies. We believe competition in the market place is what makes services better, and companies better; so we love that we are competing with lots of other companies, and the fact that we are competing with multi-billion dollar companies gives us all the more reason to do even better.
When asked, why should I use Tech Strategies Email Hosting Service or Tech Strategies Cloud Based Phone Service or any of our other services, there are a lot of reason to choose Tech Strategies over our competition; like we’re competitively priced, we offer the same features, etc., etc. But the biggest reason of all, and the number one reason our clients choose to stay with us is this:

About a year ago, I received a call from a client in Portland, Oregon, I answered the phone and he said, “Hey Joel, this is Brian” I replied, “Oh, hey Brian, how’s it going” before he had a chance to finish his sentence. Brian was taken a bit by surprise, and made sure I knew whom he was talking with, and expressed how he was amazed that despite the distance in miles between us, I remembered who he was.
This is something we strive for, although, we might not remember all the details about our clients, we try to know who they are. We try to be friends with them on Facebook, follow them on Twitter, and LinkedIn, etc. We’re grateful for all our clients, and try to treat them like family. We’re not here to take advantage of you, or try to sell you something you don’t need. If our standard services don’t fit your needs, we’re happy to put together a solution that will, or point you in the direction that will.
