Rove Pest Control (Rove PC) recently made the move to the cloud with  their custom relation management software in December 2012 by  contracting with Tech Strategies to provide a custom hosting solution  for a 32-bit desktop CRM application.  Rove Pest Control was in a  difficult situation with five different offices spread through out five different states.  The challenge was that their CRM software was designed for small pest control companies with only one office, due to Rove PC’s rapid growth they needed a quick and easy way to centrally manage all their offices, until they are able to update their CRM solution, and Tech Strategies had the resources and technology know how to put together the perfect fit.

Tech Strategies was able to take a virtualize Rove PC’s CRM solution and distribute the applicate to any of Rove PC’s office remotely utilizing Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and 2X’s application streaming software.  This solution provided a way for Rove PC to centralize it’s customer service operations while still maintaining it’s excellent reputation for customer service by being able to easily access customer records from any of their branch locations.
