With this being said, there are at least 4 things that are contributing to these changes and they are the following:
- Quality of Technology is Improved
- Helps with Growing the Business
- Better Service
- Improved Availability
Even though all of these things are significant factors in these transitions, it is also important to note that some companies will only shift when have they confidence in the cloud and it provides the essential support needed for their phone systems.
Confidence in the Business Cloud
Based on Microsoft’s study, some companies are projecting that approximately half of their business systems will be deployed to the cloud within the next three years. One of the key drivers to this massive undertaking involves a mobile workforce that needs cloud based hosted communications solutions. This means many companies will be integrating a wide variety of systems in their initiatives including CRM solutions like salesforce.com and business phone systems such as RingMe.io.

In addition to an increase in confidence, business owners are also shifting to this new Cloud services platform because of the differences between the traditional phone business systems and the cloud hosted phone systems. Two of the top benefits to this change involve the elimination of unessential hardware and the limitations placed on the traditional communications solutions. This means companies will no longer need a closet filled with wires to operate their business phones systems. Instead, phone vendors can maintain these systems virtually instead of having to visit the customer onsite.
