Since 2006, we’ve been the IT department for businesses that don’t have one, and backup for those that do. That covers fixing the everyday problems, keeping accounts and devices secure, and planning the next step, like new hires, a new location, or replacing old equipment. Most of our clients are local to the Magic Valley and Wood River Valley. We also work remotely with clients in other states, and we travel when a job needs it. ## Who is Tech Strategies a good fit for? We’re a good fit for small businesses in southern Idaho with no in-house IT person, or one who needs backup. Typical projects include moving to Microsoft 365 or cleaning it up, replacing an old phone system, securing email and accounts, setting up a new office network, or planning PC replacements. Removing the ones you don't use, and making your language the preferred one, usually fixes it.
